Our investment strategy can be distilled down to one of seeking opportunities with secured receivables. This can range from long-dated sixty-year government guaranteed real estate cashflows to short dated, three-month VAT receivables. We seek opportunities where the combination of the underlying asset and the credit quality of the cashflow guarantor coupled with the expected return of the investment offer attractive risk-adjusted returns.
